Many of our clients do not start by asking for a type of massage. They start with how much time they have. A lunch break, a free afternoon and a full evening to switch off each suit a different appointment. Here is a simple guide to choosing a massage at our ladies-only salon in France Cluster, International City.

30 minutes: deep tissue back, neck and shoulders (AED 89). 60 minutes: deep tissue full body (AED 149) or full body relaxation (from AED 150). 90 minutes: deep tissue full body (AED 219).
If You Have 30 Minutes
Choose our deep tissue back, neck and shoulder session (AED 89). It focuses on the areas that feel tight after long hours at a desk, driving or carrying bags. The pressure is firm but always adjusted to what feels right for you, and it fits well before or after a manicure or hair appointment.
If You Have 60 Minutes
You have time for a full body massage. Choose between:
- Deep tissue full body (AED 149): firm pressure for tight muscles across your back, shoulders, arms and legs.
- Full body relaxation (from AED 150): slower, flowing strokes with gentler pressure, for when you mainly want to unwind.
Swedish, aromatherapy and hot stone are also available. Ask us on WhatsApp for their time and price.
If You Have 90 Minutes
Book the 90-minute deep tissue full body massage (AED 219). The extra time lets your therapist work slowly through every area without rushing, which many clients prefer when they are very tense or simply want a proper break.
Short on Time? Add a Mini Massage
A 10 to 15 minute shoulder and neck, foot or scalp massage can be added to a facial, hair or nail appointment. It is an easy way to relax without booking a separate visit.
Firm or Gentle: Choosing the Pressure
Deep tissue is not about pain. Tell your therapist what feels comfortable, and say so during the massage if you would like more or less pressure. If you are not sure, start with a relaxation massage.
Before You Book
Please tell us about any injuries, health conditions, recent surgery or pregnancy. We may suggest a gentler option or advise you to check with your doctor first. Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in.
After Your Massage
Drink some water and take it easy for the rest of the day. Some clients feel a little tender the next day after deep tissue work; that usually passes quickly.
