Cornrows, Box Braids or Knotless Braids?

Cornrows are braided flat against the scalp in lines. They can be simple straight-back rows or a more detailed design, and they can also flow into longer braids.

Box braids are individual braids that hang freely. The hair is divided into neat square sections, and each section becomes one braid.

Knotless braids are also individual braids, but they start with your own hair at the root and extension hair is fed in gradually, so there is no knot at the base. Many clients choose them for a flatter, more natural-looking start.

How to Get an Accurate Quote

Every head of hair is different, so we quote each braid style individually. To help us give you an accurate quote, send us on WhatsApp:

We start by confirming the style, size and length with you. Your hair is then divided into neat sections, and each braid is done with care so the finished look is clean and even from every angle. Braiding takes time, so bring something to read or listen to and relax.

• Cover your braids with a satin scarf or bonnet at night to reduce frizz.
• Keep your scalp clean and comfortable. Ask us which products suit your hair.
• Avoid pulling your braids into very tight styles straight away.
• Do not leave braids in for too long. Ask your stylist when to book removal or a refresh.
